Why refunds are not offered

The ebook is a digital file. The moment the download link is delivered, the full contents are in your hands and the purchase cannot be returned or undone. For that reason all sales are treated as final once delivery has taken place. Please read the sales page, the contents list and the sample ideas before you buy so you know what you are getting.

When a refund is issued

A refund will be made in these situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your payment went through but the ebook could not be delivered to you, and the file could not be supplied even after you contacted support.
• The file you received is corrupted or unreadable and a working replacement cannot be provided.

How to raise a request

Email {{ supportEmail }} within 7 days of your purchase with the email address used at checkout, the payment or order reference, and a short description of the problem. Requests are reviewed and answered within 3 working days.

How an approved refund is paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once processed, the amount typically reaches your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

Since delivery is immediate and there is no subscription or recurring charge, there is nothing to cancel after a purchase. If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no charge is retained and no order is created.

Results are not grounds for a refund

The earning ranges in the ebook are indicative and depend on your own effort, skills and market conditions. Not reaching a particular income is not a defect in the product and is not covered by this policy. See the Disclaimer.
